There are numerous training courses to support various levels of test education, with ISTQB being the primary source of test certifications across a variety of areas from foundation to advanced levels.

These courses are well known and trusted to offer excellent standards of training and certification. However, these courses primarily focus on functional testing and contain limited NFT coverage, particularly in the area of OAT and NFT scoping and planning. The availability of NFT training across the industry is extraordinarily limited, with performance test training primarily focused on tooling, and a lack of defined standards to guide OAT/ORT, which tends to result in the creation of varying levels of quality, coverage, and expectations, creating uncertainty, and a significant risk to businesses. Here at the NFTA, we offer a wide range of adaptable training options to fit your needs, from standard classroom courses to bespoke training to suit particular organisations or personal needs. Training is focused on supporting the understanding of Non-Functional Test principles, methods, planning, scope, coverage, execution, and analysis. The key elements needed to develop robust and appropriate testing.
